Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand each client's unique needs, history, and challenges, developing tailored treatment plans that promote optimal mental health outcomes.

• Deliver high-quality individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, employing diverse therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and more.

• Collaborate effectively with clients, establishing achievable goals and regular progress monitoring to ensure accountability and celebrate achievements.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress in compliance with state regulatory standards and ethical guidelines.

• Participate in ongoing training sessions and professional development opportunities to stay informed about the latest therapeutic techniques and industry developments.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Demonstrated experience providing therapy to a variety of client demographics, including individuals, couples, and families.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Optimum Mind offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 52,000 to 70,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
