Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions via secure video conferencing platforms, ensuring ethical and compassionate care that adheres to professional standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on serving low-acuity adults who are seeking to address various mental health challenges. Clients may present with mild to moderate symptoms related to anxiety, depression, stress, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist (PsyD).

• Ability to work independently, with no disciplinary actions on your license.

• Strong interpersonal skills coupled with a sympathetic and compassionate approach to patient care.

• Proficiency in utilizing technology for teletherapy and maintaining confidentiality standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, determined by the number of hours worked. Full-time counselors are eligible for comprehensive healthcare benefits and additional insurance plans. We also provide weekly direct deposit for your convenience, and minimal paperwork, as our administrative team manages billing and documentation.
