Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, comprehensive assessments to identify client needs, strengths, and therapeutic goals, ensuring a deep understanding of each individual's situation.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans based on evidence-based therapeutic approaches, adapting to evolving client needs.

• Facilitate ongoing therapy sessions, addressing difficulties such as relationship issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment to life transitions.

• Collaborate with a diverse and multidisciplinary team, sharing insights and strategies to develop comprehensive care pathways for clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards, ensuring clear communication across the care team.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base, serving individuals of different ages and backgrounds who are facing a variety of mental health challenges. Our patient focus includes, but is not limited to, children, adolescents, families, and couples. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Two years of experience working with clients facing mental and behavioral health challenges, particularly in managing co-occurring disorders.

• Experience providing individual and group therapy, demonstrating effectiveness in addressing substance abuse and other related issues.

• Strong knowledge of current counseling principles, practices, techniques, and trends, especially in family and individual therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary in the range of $100,000 to $105,000, along with performance-based bonuses.
