Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), aimed at promoting stress relief, relaxation, and overall mental health improvement.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify clients' unique stressors, challenges, and therapeutic goals to tailor mindfulness practices effectively.

• Guide clients through mindfulness exercises, meditation sessions, and breathing techniques designed to enhance self-awareness and emotional regulation.

• Facilitate group workshops and classes focusing on mindfulness practices, effective stress management techniques, and resilience-building strategies.

• Incorporate mindfulness principles into individual therapy sessions, directly addressing clients' mental health needs and contributing to their growth.

• Collaborate closely with a network of therapists and healthcare professionals to develop and integrate holistic treatment plans that encompass mindfulness techniques.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress, mindfulness interventions, and treatment plans to ensure a high standard of care and accountability.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington is mandatory.

• Extensive training and experience in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) would be preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
