Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct compassionate and ethical mental health counseling through video conferencing platforms, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for clients.

• Utilize evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities to tailor individual therapy sessions that meet the unique needs of each client.

• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that align with best practices while monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve adults with stable, low acuity mental health needs. Our clients present a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management. Your role will not only involve providing therapeutic support but also empowering clients to cultivate resilience and self-advocacy in their mental health journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Must hold a current and unrestricted license to practice independently in one of the following areas: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) .

• No provisional licenses or disciplinary actions against your professional record.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to therapy.

• Proficient in using digital tools and software for telehealth purposes.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting is highly desirable. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and specific client demographics will enhance your ability to connect with and support clients effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year , commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additional benefits include:
