Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and concerns, leading to the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Providing individual therapy sessions utilizing a range of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), customized to fit the unique needs of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid licensure in Massachusetts as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, contingent on caseload and experience. Additional benefits include:
