Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Consult with clients, case managers, and both internal and external providers to synchronize comprehensive client care plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to guide clients in achieving their mental health goals.

• Engage closely with other clinical team members, including psychiatrists, nurses, and behavioral case managers, to ensure coordinated care.

• Engage in training sessions on our proprietary curriculum and collaborative care model to refine your skills.

• Perform biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ readiness for work assignments, counseling services, or further referrals based on a holistic perspective.

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:
