Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions to a diverse clientele, ensuring a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental therapeutic environment.

• Conduct thorough client intakes, assessments, and evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
\n
• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant approaches to effectively support client recovery.

• Collaborate with the VIEW team to enhance clinical care, sharing valuable insights and updates on client progress during scheduled team meetings.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.
\n
• Participate in program development initiatives aimed at addressing emerging mental health needs within the community.
\n
• Regularly review and track client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to align with their wellness goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counselors work with a wide-ranging clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use issues, and relationship challenges. The focus on telehealth allows us to support clients from diverse backgrounds within Washington State, including those in underserved rural areas. By providing an accessible platform for therapy, we aim to foster strong therapeutic alliances that empower clients to achieve their personal wellness objectives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related mental health field.

• Active, unrestricted licensure to practice in Washington as either an LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT.

• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in a mental health counseling role.

• Exceptional communication and active listening skills, with an ability to foster trust and rapport with clients.

• Strong understanding of confidentiality standards in mental health practice, with a commitment to ethical treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
