Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop tailored treatment plans that address individual mental health needs.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, as well as family, marriage, and group counseling sessions based on your expertise and patient requirements.

• Administer mental health screenings to identify areas of concern and create strategic interventions that promote overall wellbeing.

• Maintain accurate records of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Engage in continuous professional development and participate in team meetings to contribute to company-wide initiatives aimed at improving patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution, with licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Social Worker (LICSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
