Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed and thorough assessments to gain a deep understanding of clients' mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are responsive to each client's unique goals, preferences, and therapeutic needs.

• Facilitate engaging therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, and dialectical behavior therapy.

• Collaborate with clients to identify coping strategies and skills that empower them to manage symptoms and improve their overall quality of life.

• Ensure accurate and confidential documentation of client records in compliance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards, utilizing our secure electronic health record system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve supporting a diverse client population, including individuals from various cultural backgrounds, age groups, and socioeconomic statuses. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Current, independent licensure as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW). Note that limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct professional evaluations and make informed treatment recommendations.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills paired with a compassionate demeanor that fosters rapport with clients.

• Proficient in utilizing technology and digital tools for client documentation and communication.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in a community health setting or with specific populations such as children, adolescents, or trauma survivors is preferred. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling techniques will also be advantageous.
