Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain up-to-date clinical documentation and administrative records in accordance with RAMS policies and clinical standards.

• Respond promptly to crises by employing appropriate interventions and ensuring client safety.

• Participate actively in case conferences, clinical team discussions, and peer supervision to enhance treatment effectiveness.

• Assess clients for work readiness, utilizing psychological testing and feedback to support vocational recommendations.

• Complete detailed psychological assessment reports, translating complex information into accessible insights for clients.

• Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned by management, contributing to team goals and client satisfaction.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position serves a diverse client population, including individuals dealing with a range of mental health issues such as Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), anxiety, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), trauma history, and grief. Our counselors are expected to incorporate evidence-based therapeutic techniques that resonate with each client's unique cultural and personal background, ensuring an inclusive and effective treatment experience.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Social Work License (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) as required by Washington state regulations.
