Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each client's needs.

• Conduct thorough assessments to inform personalized treatment plans, ensuring each client receives the most appropriate interventions.

• Collaborate seamlessly with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and peer support specialists, to deliver comprehensive care.

• Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress and treatment interventions within our electronic health records system.

• Engage in continuous professional development by staying informed on the latest research and best practices in mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with diverse adults and families facing a wide spectrum of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Our client base is reflective of the community we serve in Bothell, Washington, allowing you to apply culturally responsive practices to meet the needs of various populations effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active state licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW (or equivalent).
\n
• At least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating a strong ability to engage with diverse populations.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build trust and rapport with clients.

• Ability to work autonomously while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
