Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' mental health needs, developing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients.

• Deliver individualized, couples, or group psychotherapy sessions utilizing evidence-based interventions tailored to help clients meet their specific mental health goals.

• Monitor clients' progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary, and ensuring effective and timely adaptations for optimal client care.

• Educate clients on practical coping mechanisms and strategies to manage their mental health effectively.
\n
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals when necessary to create a multidisciplinary approach to client care.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation that aligns with state laws and ethical standards while also reflecting the journey and progress of each client.

• Participate in professional development activities, including attending workshops, trainings, and supervision to remain up-to-date with best practices in mental health care.

• Expand and refine your skill set by learning and integrating specialized psychotherapy modalities to cater better to the varying needs of our client population.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your practice will serve individuals from diverse backgrounds with varying needs. You will work with clients facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• A valid Washington State license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
