Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct therapeutic sessions via videoconferencing platforms, providing individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), behavioral therapy, and psychotherapy.

• Develop and maintain personalized treatment plans tailored to meet the specific needs of each client, continually assessing their progress and making necessary adjustments.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care that encompasses physical and mental health.

• Respond promptly to acute crises faced by families, providing de-escalation techniques and support that aim to stabilize and resolve conflicts effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience working in a therapeutic or counseling setting, specifically with children and families.
