Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).

• Perform comprehensive assessments of new clients to inform tailored treatment plans that align with their unique needs and goals.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to deliver holistic care to clients.

• Maintain detailed and up-to-date documentation of client interactions, treatment interventions, and progress reports in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in training sessions and staying informed about the latest research and best practices in mental health to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active licensure in Washington State as an LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or an equivalent mental health license.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a capacity to build rapport and trust with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
