Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and foster a trusting relationship with clients, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for their mental health journey.

• Conduct thorough assessments during intake sessions to identify needs, goals, and appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Create tailored treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations and client feedback, ensuring that each plan addresses unique individual circumstances.

• Engage in regular therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices and continually assessing client progress and making necessary adjustments to treatment strategies.

• Provide referrals to external specialists or agencies to enhance the continuum of care as required, ensuring holistic support for clients’ needs.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of therapy sessions, assessments, and client communications following ethical guidelines and confidentiality standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to discuss complex cases and contribute to improving overall service delivery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field.

• A valid and active license in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Mental Health Counseling (LMHC), or as a Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Strong ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to the highest ethical standards in clinical practice.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients, families, and community partners.

• Solid understanding of modern counseling methodologies, techniques, and evidence-based practices relevant to individual and family therapy.
