Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting one-on-one counseling sessions via video conferencing, tailoring your approach to meet clients' individual needs.

• Encouraging open dialogue about emotions, experiences, and relationships to foster client self-awareness and personal growth.

• Collaborating with clients to set realistic and achievable goals, providing advocacy and support throughout their therapeutic journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will primarily consist of stable adults with low acuity mental health issues. We ensure that all clients are pre-screened, which means you will not have to manage severe mental health cases, allowing you to focus on providing effective support to those seeking to enhance their well-being. Additionally, you will be matched with clients whose backgrounds and needs align with your specialties and preferences, ensuring a more fulfilling therapeutic experience for both you and your clients.

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will possess:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.

• A valid and unrestricted license to practice independently. Acceptable licenses include:

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers an attractive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include:
