The Medchoice Mental and Behavioral Healthcare Center is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT) to join our telehealth team on a full-time basis. This remote role provides an excellent opportunity for a compassionate professional to deliver high-quality mental health services while engaging with patients from the comfort of their own homes. The salary range for this position is between USD 115,000 and 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' mental health status by utilizing standardized evaluation tools and interviews to inform treatment decisions.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that outline therapeutic goals and strategies tailored to each patient’s unique circumstances and needs.

• Regularly engage in therapeutic sessions with patients, providing support, guidance, and resources that empower them to make meaningful changes in their lives.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to provide holistic care and appropriate referrals as necessary.

• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems accurately to document patient interactions, progress, and treatment adjustments in line with best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse population, providing services to individuals facing various mental health issues, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma-related disorders, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid licensure in Washington State as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health care setting.

• Strong knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.
