Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake interviews with new clients to assess and diagnose their needs accurately, ensuring personalized treatment plans are created.

• Facilitate a variety of therapy sessions, including individual, group, and family therapy, utilizing evidence-based practices to support client growth.

• Document client progress meticulously through progress notes, closing summaries, and transfer summaries, maintaining compliance with industry standards and confidentiality protocols.

• Collaborate with the Behavioral Health Department to coordinate specialized programs and manage specific case needs, enhancing overall departmental services.

• Identify and build community resources for preventative mental health initiatives, working to promote awareness and accessibility of mental health services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse array of clients, addressing complex mental health issues ranging from trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) to addiction and co-occurring disorders. Your expertise will play a critical role in providing support to individuals and families experiencing significant life challenges, enabling them to develop coping strategies and pathways to recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is requisite for this role.

• Must hold active and valid licensure as an LMHC, LICSW, and/or LMFT, with a thorough understanding of current requirements and supervision guidelines.

• Minimum of two (2) years of hands-on experience providing crisis management and mental health services, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic techniques.
