Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, engaging with clients to assess their mental health histories and collaborating with them to develop personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitate and lead group therapy sessions for various age groups, enhancing their communication skills and fostering supportive relationships.

• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client progress and therapeutic interventions in approved digital platforms to track patient outcomes effectively.

• Work closely with our Clinical Director to design engaging program activities that enrich patient experiences and support therapeutic goals.

• Collaborate with other members of the interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatric providers, to ensure comprehensive service delivery and optimal patient care.

• Actively participate in credentialing committee activities to uphold industry standards for practice and quality, promoting best practices across our organization.

• Continuously evaluate and refine therapeutic techniques while seeking and incorporating client feedback to enhance service delivery.

• Perform additional duties as assigned, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the clinic.

Qualifications\n
