Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs and concerns.

• Create personalized treatment plans that outline clear therapeutic objectives tailored to each client's circumstances and goals.

• Utilize a diverse range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Mindfulness-based interventions, to facilitate effective therapy sessions.

• Engage clients in meaningful discussions to identify coping strategies and facilitate the development of essential life skills for managing their mental health challenges.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with all relevant ethical and legal guidelines.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Must hold an independent license in the state of Washington: either Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW). Limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.

• Strong assessment skills and the ability to formulate effective treatment plans based on comprehensive client evaluations.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients quickly, fostering a therapeutic alliance.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth technology.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of clinical experience in a mental health counseling role.
