Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you the convenience of working from your own home or preferred setting in University Place, Washington. As part of our outpatient office team, you will engage with clients through a user-friendly telehealth platform designed to foster communication and connection using various methods, such as video calls, audio messages, and interactive tools including online journals and goal-setting programs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that reflect each client's goals and needs.

• Utilize clinical judgment to determine the most effective methods of delivering care, adapting to the evolving needs of clients.

• Maintain ongoing communication with clients through multiple modalities, enhancing their engagement and therapeutic experience.

• Document all treatment sessions, assessments, and client progress accurately within our secure platform.

• Participate in regular professional development opportunities to enhance skills and keep up-to-date with best practices in telehealth.

• Bolster our peer community by connecting with other therapists on the platform to share insights and gain support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve are primarily low-acuity adults dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship challenges, weight management, or grief. Importantly, our platform does not accommodate children or individuals with severe mental health disorders, allowing you to focus on providing specialized care within your area of expertise.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current license to practice as a mental health counselor in Washington state, which may include:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
\n
• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with telehealth systems or online counseling platforms.

• Proven ability to connect with and counsel diverse adult populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers an attractive salary range of USD 52,000 to 70,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and patient caseload. We provide a range of benefits, including:
