Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments to accurately identify psychological disorders, employing evidence-based practices and collaborative consultations.

• Maintain meticulous records of all clinical services rendered, including initial evaluations, progress notes, and other essential documentation to ensure continuity of care.

• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs, setting achievable therapeutic goals and monitoring progress over time.

• Implement and measure the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions, making adjustments when necessary to enhance patient outcomes.

• Provide psychotherapy through evidence-based techniques, utilizing both telehealth and in-person modalities as appropriate.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position involves working with a diverse clientele experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), anxiety disorders, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), trauma, and grief. Our counselors utilize tailored strategies and therapeutic modalities to support clients from different backgrounds and age groups, addressing their unique circumstances and needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

• Possession of an active Washington State License as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Demonstrated understanding of a wide range of mental health disorders, therapy modalities, and evidence-based practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
