Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to the needs of each client, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Perform comprehensive assessments to devise personalized treatment plans that set measurable goals and outline therapeutic interventions.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with healthcare professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and medical staff, to provide holistic care for clients.

• Regularly document client progress and treatment strategies in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with state regulations and best practice standards.

• Remain informed about current research and advancements in mental health practices by attending workshops, conferences, and training sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse array of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in the mental health field, with a demonstrated ability to provide therapeutic services effectively.
