Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments using evidence-based practices to accurately diagnose psychological disorders, including but not limited to Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), anxiety disorders, PTSD, and grief-related issues.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans and set therapeutic goals collaboratively with each client, ensuring that interventions are tailored to the individual’s unique circumstances.

• Provide ongoing psychotherapy sessions utilizing diverse therapeutic modalities based on best practices, ensuring effectiveness while building a rapport and therapeutic alliance with clients.

• Maintain precise and current documentation of clinical services provided, including initial evaluations, progress notes, and summary notes, while upholding strict patient confidentiality standards.

• Measure the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions through regular assessments and adjust treatment strategies as needed to optimize client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 80,000 to 122,000 annually, reflecting experience and qualifications.
