Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of clients using evidence-based therapeutic practices.

• Conduct detailed assessments that evaluate clients’ mental health status, history, and needs to inform personalized treatment planning.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update treatment plans based on client progress and current therapeutic techniques.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and other health professionals, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Maintain thorough documentation of client progress, therapeutic interventions, and treatment outcomes in compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Continuously enhance your professional knowledge by staying updated with current research, trends, and best practices in mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will center on a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, adults, and families dealing with a broad spectrum of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. You will be trained to use culturally competent approaches to ensure all clients feel respected, valued, and understood, fostering an environment conducive to healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience, with a track record in effective therapeutic practices.
