Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' mental health status through initial evaluations and ongoing check-ins, employing active listening and empathetic engagement.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, setting measurable goals to assist clients in overcoming psychological challenges.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing culturally responsive techniques to create an inclusive therapeutic environment.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
