This full-time position operates in a remote setting, allowing flexibility and work-life balance while ensuring our clients receive timely mental health services. As a mental health therapist in our telehealth facility, you will engage with clients primarily through virtual platforms, promoting accessibility and convenience in mental health care. The standard work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, which aligns with our commitment to providing consistent and responsive support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide telehealth services, including individual and group therapy sessions, to diverse populations using interactive video conferencing tools.

• Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations to assess client needs and develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Utilize therapeutic techniques grounded in clinical best practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), helping clients effectively manage their symptoms.

• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation in compliance with state regulations and organizational standards, ensuring proper tracking of client progress and treatment efficacy.

• Facilitate crisis interventions and provide referrals to additional support services to ensure clients receive the comprehensive care they may require.

Qualifications\n
