Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health conditions, formulating clinical diagnoses and developing individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to facilitate individual, group, or family therapy sessions, ensuring that interventions align with each client's goals and preferences.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support to clients experiencing acute mental health crises, employing de-escalation techniques and supportive counseling.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and assessment results, adhering to ethical and legal standards in mental health care.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to deliver comprehensive and coordinated care tailored to client needs.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health topics, treatment options, and community resources, advocating for their rights and needs as necessary.

• Engage in regular professional development through workshops, training sessions, and continuing education opportunities, ensuring your practice remains current and evidence-based.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals and families facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your culturally competent care will be essential in building rapport and trust with clients from different backgrounds, allowing for effective therapy that addresses their unique experiences.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) in the state of Massachusetts.

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• At least two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
