Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and evaluations to understand the unique needs of each client and formulate individualized treatment plans that promote effective healing.

• Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions to individuals, groups, and families, applying various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices tailored to client needs.

• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, case managers, and social workers, ensuring holistic client care and addressing complex mental health conditions.

Qualifications\n
