This position is entirely remote, allowing you to consult with patients from the comfort of your own home while maintaining a flexible work-life balance. Our work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility in scheduling to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to gain a comprehensive understanding of each patient's unique background and needs.

• Design and implement evidence-based treatment plans that are tailored to individual patients, utilizing therapeutic modalities that reflect their cultural and personal contexts.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing mental health challenges and fostering resilience and well-being.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and promote holistic treatment.

• Provide crisis intervention support during mental health emergencies, using your expertise to stabilize situations effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of individuals, including those from various cultural, ethnic, and socio-economic backgrounds. Our clientele includes both individuals and families who seek help for a variety of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring these patients receive tailored and compassionate care that reflects their values and beliefs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A current and valid state license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW is mandatory.

• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies, coupled with a strong foundation in cultural competence.

• Proven experience in delivering individual and group therapy sessions in a culturally responsive manner.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
