Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to connect with clients from the comfort of your home or preferred setting. Although the work is performed remotely, you will remain an integral part of an outpatient team that values collaboration, open communication, and shared goals for effective client care. The remote structure is supplemented by regular virtual meetings and opportunities for professional development.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns and formulate clinical diagnoses.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that consider the unique needs, preferences, and goals of each client.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches during individual, group, and family sessions.

• Provide crisis intervention and support, swiftly addressing acute mental health emergencies to ensure client safety.
\n
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, adhering to ethical and legal standards.
\n
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources, providing advocacy as needed.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, training, and supervision meetings to remain current in best practices.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW).

• A minimum of two years of related experience in mental health counseling is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide a sign-on bonus to eligible candidates. Benefits include:
