Key Responsibilities\n

As a member of our clinical team, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing individualized counseling to clients with low acuity needs, creating treatment plans that utilize evidence-based practices tailored to each patient's unique circumstances.

• Conducting initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as necessary.

• Communicating with clients using various digital modalities, including secure video conferencing, audio messages, and asynchronous messaging, to ensure a responsive and supportive therapeutic environment.

• Documenting clinical interactions and maintaining accurate records within our electronic health record system to promote continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your engagement will primarily be with stable, low acuity adult patients facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship issues, and grief counseling. Our platform specifically curates clients who meet these criteria, allowing for a focused therapeutic experience free from high-intensity cases.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 52,000 to USD 70,000, commensurate with your caseload and experience. In addition, therapists receive:
