Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group counseling sessions via secure telehealth platforms, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Perform comprehensive assessments to identify clients’ needs, develop personalized and actionable treatment plans, and monitor progress over time to adjust interventions as necessary.

• Facilitate collaborative discussions with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, progress notes, treatment plans, and other required paperwork in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Regularly engage in continuing education and stay updated with the latest research, methodologies, and best practices in mental health counseling to enhance overall service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on supporting diverse populations experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions. As a mental health counselor, you will engage with clients of different ages, backgrounds, and circumstances, allowing you to apply your skills in adaptable and empowering ways. Your ability to foster trust and rapport with clients is crucial for effective therapy and positive outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active licensure in the state of Washington as an LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or equivalent credential.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic techniques and work with diverse populations.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills to facilitate effective interactions with clients, caregivers, and multidisciplinary team members.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team-focused environment.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in providing telehealth services is highly desirable, with familiarity in using digital platforms for therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and complexity of the caseload.
