Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments utilizing evidence-based practices to accurately identify psychological disorders, informing treatment decisions.

• Create and maintain meticulous records of all clinical services provided, including initial evaluations, progress notes, and treatment summaries, ensuring compliance with confidentiality standards.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, setting clear therapeutic goals and outlining strategies for achieving them.

• Implement personalized interventions using a variety of psychotherapy modalities tailored to meet the unique needs of clients.

• Monitor the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions regularly, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on client progress and feedback.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The role focuses on a varied patient population consisting of individuals seeking support for a wide range of mental health issues, including but not limited to Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Anxiety Disorders, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), trauma-related issues, grief, and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Our counselors are prepared to meet clients where they are, offering personalized support tailored to their circumstances and challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

• A valid Social Work License (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) is mandatory, as per state regulations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
