Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage with clients through video counseling sessions, ensuring ethical and compassionate support tailored to individual needs.

• Facilitate the growth of clients by helping them acquire new coping strategies, problem-solving skills, and effective communication techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Possession of a valid state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Independent licensure that allows you to practice without supervision is mandatory.

• No history of disciplinary actions against your license.

• Strong interpersonal communication skills and a comfort with technology are essential, along with a reliable internet connection for seamless video conferencing.
