Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based practices tailored to each client's needs.

• Perform comprehensive assessments to understand the unique challenges faced by clients, then formulate and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their families.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including medical professionals and support staff, to coordinate care and ensure holistic treatment for clients.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress, intervention strategies, and outcomes using our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Stay informed about the latest research, methodologies, and best practices in mental health counseling to continually enhance your therapeutic approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on serving a diverse client population, which includes individuals and families grappling with a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. As a mental health counselor, you will utilize your expertise to provide culturally sensitive support to clients from various backgrounds. Your work will contribute to improving client well-being and fostering resilience.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or higher in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or an equivalent credential in the state of Washington.

• At least two years of experience working as a mental health counselor, demonstrating your knowledge of therapeutic techniques and client care.

• Experience in working with various populations and effectively addressing diverse mental health concerns.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong rapport with clients and colleagues.
