This position is formatted for a remote work setting, allowing flexibility in managing your daily schedule. While the primary days of work are scheduled Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, some adaptability in working hours might be necessary to meet our patients’ needs effectively. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments utilizing standardized tools and interviews to identify patients' needs and establish individualized treatment plans.

• Provide therapeutic interventions through evidence-based methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, tailored to each patient's unique challenges.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups that promote community and understanding around mental health issues.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure a seamless, multidisciplinary approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, demonstrating skills in de-escalation and effective crisis management.

• Educate patients regarding their conditions, treatment options, and advocate for necessary community resources to support their recovery.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation in alignment with ethical standards and state regulations, ensuring all records are current and accessible through our electronic health record (EHR) system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse client base, including adults, adolescents, couples, and families. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure in the state as either an LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC.

Compensation and Benefits\n
