Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your essential job duties will include:

• Writing detailed case notes, conducting comprehensive client assessments, and evaluating client progress to ensure personalized treatment plans.

• Collaborating with clients to develop Individual Treatment Plans (ITP), tailored to their unique mental health needs and goals.
\n
• Supporting therapists in scoring, interpreting, and reporting on psychometric assessments to provide insight into client mental health challenges.
\n
• Conducting supervision sessions in partnership with the site supervisor, facilitating professional growth and maintaining a high standard of care.
\n
• Participating actively in staff meetings and clinical discussions to strengthen team cohesion and share knowledge about treatment practices.
\n
• Identifying and utilizing available agency resources and services to enhance client support systems.
\n
• Completing the required orientation and familiarizing yourself with agency policies, procedures, and team members.
\n
• Preparing thoroughly for client sessions, reviewing case notes and conducting relevant research to best address client needs.
\n
• Engaging in small group supervision, seminar preparations, and reviewing case-related video tapes to foster continuous learning.
\n
• Maintaining accurate client records in both written and electronic formats to ensure compliance and facilitate effective treatment.
\n
• Coordinating with partner agency services as necessary, enhancing collaborative care for clients.
\n
• Researching and implementing best practices for assigned projects to ensure high-quality care delivery.

• Consulting with clients for ongoing assessments and collaborating closely with other agency professionals to optimize client outcomes.

You will engage with a diverse patient population, addressing various mental health issues across different age groups. Your role is pivotal in promoting holistic mental health support, leveraging your clinical skills to establish trust and rapport with each client. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related discipline is required.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) in accordance with state regulations.

• No history of medical malpractice claims, verifiable through a third party.

• Authorization to work in the U.S.

• Strong clinical skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build trust with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
