Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients, including structured interviews and standardized diagnostic tools.

• Develop personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to individual client needs.

• Implement therapeutic interventions during sessions, actively engaging clients in their treatment and encouraging accountability for their progress.

• Document clinical progress meticulously while adhering to HIPAA confidentiality standards and relevant regulatory guidelines to ensure client privacy and trust.

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary treatment team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other counselors to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to continuously enhance the quality of care through shared insights and best practices.

Qualifications\n
