This full-time position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to manage your own schedule while providing telehealth services to a varied patient population. Our center operates Monday through Saturday, ensuring accessibility for clients. Additionally, we provide integrated credentialing and insurance management services to streamline your practice.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, tailoring interventions to meet unique client needs.

• Facilitate initial comprehensive assessments, focusing on triaging care to ensure timely and appropriate treatment pathways.

• Develop and actively manage individualized treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) among others.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams through effective communication and documentation, including participation in virtual patient rounds to discuss care strategies.

• Oversee case management for assigned clients by consulting and coordinating with other healthcare professionals and community resources, enhancing holistic care delivery.

• Complete all required documentation accurately and promptly, adhering to ethical standards and departmental guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on outpatient clients dealing with a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. You will support individuals of all ages, ensuring that care is age-appropriate and culturally sensitive. By offering remote therapy through telehealth, you provide crucial support to clients who may face barriers to accessing traditional in-person services.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid license in LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW by the State of Washington.

• A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is required.

• Commitment to working up to 40 hours per week, providing flexibility in session scheduling to meet patient needs.

• At least 2 years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, with a demonstrated ability to manage diverse patient caseloads.

Compensation and Benefits\n
