Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, utilizing standardized mental health screening tools to inform the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, offering support and strategies to clients facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues.

• Depending on your expertise, provide family, marriage, and group counseling sessions aimed at addressing relational dynamics and enhancing interpersonal skills.

• Continuously monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary, and engage in regular supervision and professional development to refine skills.

• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations regarding mental health practices and patient confidentiality.

You will primarily work with adults, adolescents, families, and couples who are navigating a range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in a relevant field (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW).

• Valid professional license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
