Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients’ mental health needs and develop effective treatment plans tailored to their individual circumstances.

• Create and implement personalized intervention strategies and management plans designed to promote growth and recovery.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques during therapy sessions, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Establish and maintain a trusting client-counselor relationship by fostering a supportive and non-judgmental environment.

• Document all clinical interactions meticulously, including initial evaluations, progress notes, and treatment summaries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all regulatory requirements.

• Regularly review and adjust treatment plans in collaboration with clients to meet their evolving needs and therapeutic goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse population of clients, ranging from children to adults, who are facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• A valid and active mental health license in Washington State (LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW). This is essential for practicing and providing clinical services.

• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating your capabilities in delivering effective therapy.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, allowing for meaningful engagement with clients and effective collaboration with team members.

Compensation and Benefits\n
