Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions via telehealth, utilizing evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and psychotherapy to promote client recovery.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that align with each client's needs, ensuring progress is tracked and adjustments are made as necessary.

• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and dietitians, to provide a comprehensive approach to care.

• Offer timely support and intervention during acute crisis situations, employing de-escalation techniques to stabilize clients and assist families in resolving conflicts.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The telehealth services you provide will primarily focus on children, adolescents, and families facing a range of emotional and psychological challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.

• An active Washington state license as either a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of experience in a therapeutic setting, specifically working with children and families.
