Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and risk assessments, to accurately identify areas of concern.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), in various formats including individual, couple, family, and group therapy.

• Maintain precise and up-to-date clinical documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries, aligned with clinic policy and regulatory requirements.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, equipping them with the tools and knowledge needed for effective management of their conditions.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to deliver comprehensive and holistic care to clients.
