Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations, including psychosocial assessments, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments, to understand clients' needs.

• Collaborate with clients to develop tailored treatment plans that reflect their unique goals, cultural backgrounds, and specific circumstances.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) across various formats, including individual, couples, family, and group sessions.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention as required, coordinating with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care and patient safety.

• Maintain precise clinical documentation, including treatment plans and progress notes, in accordance with clinic policy and regulatory standards.

• Foster client education and empowerment by providing psychoeducation to clients and their families, equipping them with effective strategies to manage mental health conditions.

• Engage in collaborative care practices with our multidisciplinary team, which includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to enhance patient outcomes.

• Regularly assess therapy effectiveness through structured outcomes evaluations and adjust treatment plans based on client feedback and evolving needs.

• Keep informed of the latest trends and research in the mental health field, integrating new knowledge into clinical practice.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW within the state of New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The base salary for this role ranges from $70,000 to $84,000 annually. Compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, relevant experience, and education level.
