Your workspace will be entirely virtual, allowing you the flexibility to craft your own schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough virtual assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health and substance use histories.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team to develop and implement integrated care plans, ensuring comprehensive support for each client.

• Engage clients' families in the therapeutic process, providing education and support to foster involvement and understanding.

• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes in compliance with telehealth regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on adolescents and young adults facing various mental health challenges. You will deliver care to individuals often experiencing trauma, substance use disorders, or complex emotional difficulties. Your ability to connect with young clients who are navigating these issues will be vital, as you help them develop coping strategies, resilience, and a clearer path toward improved mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Active state licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or PsyD is mandatory.

• Proven experience in delivering telehealth therapy specifically to adolescents and young adults.

• Commitment to engage in ongoing training in our evidence-based treatment methodologies, referred to as our care pathways.

• Strong technological proficiency in computer systems and platforms, including Google Suite and Electronic Health Records (EHRs).

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills conducive to effective patient interaction and documentation.

• Professional demeanor and presentation standard at all times.

• Empathic and engaging interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions is preferred.

• Experience with family therapy and group dynamics is a plus, allowing for more cohesive treatment plans.

• Adaptability to a remote working environment, including possessing reliable internet and a dedicated, private workspace for client interactions.
