Work Environment\n

This is a fully remote position based in Irvine, California, allowing for a flexible work-life balance. We prioritize a supportive work culture that enables our clinicians to focus solely on patient care, free from administrative burdens, thanks to our efficient Operations team. You will have the autonomy to set your own schedule, with standard hours from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, and no on-call duties, making it easier to maintain a healthy work-life integration.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health and substance abuse histories.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methodologies tailored to clients’ needs.

• Work collaboratively with a dedicated treatment team, ensuring integrated care and comprehensive support for each client.

• Provide education and resources to clients' families, enabling them to play an active role in the recovery process.

• Maintain precise and up-to-date records in accordance with regulatory standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance in all documentation.

Your primary focus will be on adolescents and young adults, addressing a variety of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. You will work with individuals who are seeking innovative, supportive solutions that promote resilience and recovery. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Must possess active state licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or PsyD.

• Demonstrated experience in providing telehealth therapy sessions, specifically with adolescents and young adults.

• Willingness to engage in ongoing training, particularly in our unique evidence-based treatment frameworks we call care pathways.

• Advanced proficiency with technology, including using Google Suite and Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills that promote effective interaction with clients and team members.
