Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual mental health counseling via video communication, tailoring therapeutic approaches to meet each client’s unique needs.

• Encourage clients to explore their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, fostering a safe environment for open discussion and self-reflection.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on clients who are prescreened, stable, and present with low acuity issues. This thoughtful pre-screening process ensures that you can devote your expertise and attention to clients who are ready to engage in therapeutic work, allowing for meaningful and impactful sessions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• An independent license to practice therapy in your state, such as LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW. Limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.

• Strong ability to assess clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans based on your professional experience and knowledge.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients and facilitate effective therapy sessions.

• Proficiency in using digital communication tools to conduct counseling sessions efficiently.
