Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality therapeutic services to clients, focusing on their unique needs and strengths.

• Conduct thorough assessments, develop treatment plans, and facilitate ongoing therapeutic sessions using statistically validated outcomes.

• Engage in weekly consultations with peers and supervisors to discuss cases, reflect on challenges, and explore new treatment approaches in a collaborative environment.

• Utilize the Digital Alliance Scale and Session Rating Scale during sessions to track client progress and improve treatment effectiveness.

• Manage a caseload of motivated clients, ensuring focus on their self-improvement plans through effective onboarding and continuous support.

• Adhere to clinic policies on scheduling, documentation, fee collection, and patient termination, maintaining professionalism and compliance in all activities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele comes from various backgrounds and presents a wide range of mental health issues. You will work closely with individuals seeking support for anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Our referral process is meticulously managed to ensure an optimal match between clients and clinicians, allowing you to work with motivated individuals eager to make positive changes in their lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in a relevant field of mental health.

• Current licensure to practice in the State of Washington as a LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.

• Minimum of two to three years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• Willingness to maintain a schedule of 33 patient hours per week to accommodate client needs, including managing potential cancellations.

• Ability to actively participate in ongoing consultations and contribute to a culture of learning within our team.
